Step 2.  Send in PDF format copies of every adult ID's and also the last 2 check stubs for your proof of income.  Email them to             miguelheredia.hbr@gmail.com  Anybody 18 years of age or older that will live there must apply, all guarrantors must also apply. Make sure to submit application payment online otherwise we can't process the application.  If you are looking for immediate move in please purchase and pay with money order, online payments take 3 days to settle. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not have the full application fee(s).

Step 4.  Please text or call us once you have submitted and paid for your applications so that we can start processing them.  Application fees are $40 each and app fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
