Here is how to apply in 4 easy steps: 



Step 1.  Click link provided to Apply at: https://haciendabella.managebuilding.com/Resident/rental-application/new  Every applicant must have an individual email address, applicants can NOT have the same email address.  Anybody 18 years of age or older that will live in the property must apply, all guarantors must also apply. 

Applicants must upload PDF copies of ID and the last 2 check stubs for there proof of income to the application.  Let staff know if you have alternative forms as proof of income to verify if it will qualify. 


Step 2.  Make sure to submit application payment online or with money order otherwise we CANNOT process the application(s).  PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you do not have the full application fee(s) to submit.  The application fee is $45.00 per adult; application fees are none refundable.  If you are looking for immediate move in please purchase and pay with a money order application results are expedited usually within the same day.  Online payments can take up to 3 business days to settle which will delay the application process.  Money order or cashier's checks must be made out to Hacienda Bella Realty they may be dropped off at our office 2807 E 22nd St. Tucson AZ 85713. 


Step 3, Complete your online pet screening application at the link provided below (even if applicant does not have a pet, applicant is required to affirm they do not own a pet there is no charge unless you do own a pet. However applicants are required to complete a pet screening profile).

Step 4. Please text or call us once you have submitted an application and submitted payment so that our staff can start the screening process.
