Pest Control 

• Includes up to 4 services annually, each backed by a 30-day warranty. 

• Covered pests include :

  • Ants, Mice, Cockroaches, Bed Bugs, Fleas, Ticks, Weevils, Mites. 

• Residents may request service by visiting http://pest.residentforms.com. A trusted vendor will then contact the resident directly to schedule treatment & next steps. 

Filter Delivery

• The first filter is delivered within 45 days of enrollment.

• The primary resident will receive an email containing tracking information once the shipment leaves the warehouse.

Utility Concierge

• Here is the resident-facing link for scheduling a call with their Move-In Concierge service. Provided to the resident prior to move-in via email.

Rewards + Credit Building

• All residents (18+) will receive a welcome email from Piñata upon enrollment with an invitation to download the app and create a password. 

• Reminder emails will continue to be sent each month if they do not download the app right away.

Insurance

• Claims can be filed via  https://insurance.residentforms.com. This process is the same regardless of who is submitting the claim (Property Management Company or Resident). 

• Your policy number is CS GCV 1000010-1291.
