Step 2: Putting the house on the market. Possibly make recommendations as to low cost improvements or repairs that will make a big difference or "bang for your buck". Step 4: Once a Buyer submits an offer, review the contract, and negotiate on behalf of the seller for the best outcome for all.
Step 5: Once a contract has been accepted, get ready for inspections. Coordinate with vendors and sellers (if house is not vacant).
Step 6: Once the inspections are completed, negotiate any item or repair that might come up. Get ready for the appraisal.
Step 7: Once the appraisal comes back with the home value, determine if any negotiations need to take place. If everyone is good with the appraisal, get ready for closing.
Step 8: Close on the property and move out.
