GENERAL BUYERS GUIDE:
Step 1: Make sure our Buyer has acquired the necessary financing for a home. Whether a home buyer is making an all-cash deal or getting a mortgage. We will make sure our buyer is set for when the time comes to place an offer.
Step 2: Listen to the Buyers’ needs and wants in a home. Not only do we want to know how many bedrooms and baths there are, but we also consider all the other details they make us aware of. We want to make an appropriate search/filter to what comes close to what they are looking for. The Buyer gets set up with our system to receive emails of properties that meet their criteria.
Step 3: Once the Buyer has identified a few properties that are of interest. We advise buyers of availability. We schedule tour times for the properties, and we head out to preview them. Buyers should not get discouraged if on the initial tours they don’t see what they like.
Step 4: Once a Buyer has identified a property that is of interest, we type up an offer contract and review any disclosures with the buyer. We educate the buyer on what the norms are regarding who pays what.
Step 5: Once a Buyers offer is accepted. We educate the buyer on opening Escrow and give them a run down on what takes place during this time (i.e. inspections, negotiations, repairs, etc.).
Step 6: Closing. Prep the buyers for closing and acquiring keys to their new home.
